Lynne Crossan Director Lynne Crossan has over 20 years’ experience in the communications industry. Prior to setting up Crossan Communications, she worked as Account Director at PR Consultants Scotland (now Weber Shandwick), and also as director of Chestnut Publishing. Well known within Scotland's publishing and marketing community, Lynne is an active member of the IPR, Marketing Society and SCDI. She is also the personal manager and publicist for Scottish actress Elaine C Smith.
